Administrative Assistant to Project Manager

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time

Saturday, 11:00 am - 11200 pm, Pacific Standard Time

 

Rate of Pay:

$3.00 per hour

Job Description

Work closely with a small team on Slack, daily attendance & occasional Zoom meetings required. Must speak and write English.

Job Duties:

  • Message job applicants on our behalf and review data entry/research tests for accuracy.

  • Prepare weekly billing report based on Hubstaff hours.

  • Prepare daily work deliveries for all clients.

  • Review task cards and follow up with contractors for missing SCRUM.

  • Work closely as part of a research team on client projects

  • Accurately input a high volume of data is required.

  • Solid typing skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Prioritize and batch material for data entry

  • Input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a computer database or work file

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration skills

  • Knowledge of research methods

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent time management skills
