Research & Data Entry and CRM Assistant
Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time

$3.00 per hour
Hi! Our team is seeking an experienced freelancer for an administrative assistant position. You should be able to quickly adapt and excel with minimal training. Responsibilities include database management, data entry, research, and marketing support.
Work hours: Primarily 8 am - 5 pm EST (Florida time) for effective collaboration.
Availability: You must be present and available during these hours.
Proficiency in data entry (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot)
Experience in data migration (contacts, deals, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
Proficient in formatting data and working with Google Sheets.
Familiarity with research methods and tools (LinkedIn SalesNav, Rocketreach, Zoominfo).
Ability to create Boolean search operators for finding qualified data.
Expertise in contact list building and lead generation.
Knowledge of ecommerce tasks (product listing, dropshipping, Amazon FBA).
Familiarity with email marketing programs (MailChimp, Active Campaign).
